LabsLCD Monitor price test 2006
NEC's 1770NX is the same colour as Belinea's 10 17 30, but its design makes it look less dated. A well-sprung riser mechanism makes it easy to adjust the screen's height. The nicely framed panel lacks a portrait mode, which some might find annoying, but the controls hanging from the bottom edge of the panel feel solid and are easy to use. The 1770NX displayed bright, vibrant and well-defined colours and warm skin tones. A reasonably smooth greyscale helped to pick out fine detail in dark and light areas, while an 8ms response time ensured that fast-moving games were pin sharp. If you don't need a portrait mode or internal speakers, the 1770NX is a excellent buy. SPECIFICATIONS:
