When it comes to news readers, nothing can compete with our favourite - the free, powerful and super-flexible Google Reader. This web-based RSS news aggregator will not only work from any browser, but there's also Firefox integration, a version for the Nintendo Wii and, if you make use of Google Gears, an extension to view the last 2000 items offline for reading. You can add your feeds to iGoogle via the preferences screen, providing an all-in-one search, news and email screen. And if you have an iPhone or iTouch just point it
The interface requires no explaining: it is Google through and through, and this applies to the expected excellent search facility. If you need just the one place to scrape together all the stuff you read on the web, blogs and news feeds, then Google Reader is the natural choice. The ability to easily share selected feeds with selected friends is a bonus, a ton of keyboard shortcuts speed up the reading process and once you delve into the preferences section you discover you can import and export feeds, add tags and manage your subscriptions. It might not be perfect, but it's damned close and gets our recommendation. Click the links below to read more reviews: Introduction By Davey Winder Sponsored Links
